Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Client information

You may store client names, email addresses, company names, and phone numbers to manage document requests.

Uploaded files

Files uploaded by your clients through the portal are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. We do not access, review, or share the contents of uploaded files.

Usage data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data helps us improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Send document request emails and reminders on your behalf
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)

  • Service providers: We use third-party services (Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting) that process data on our behalf.

  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, managed by Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and Supabase Storage (file uploads). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. File uploads use signed URLs that expire after a short time period.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Uploaded files are deleted when you delete the associated document request or your account.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications
